Nourhan Eltoukhi is a multidisciplinary artist exploring inner landscapes through painting, photography, and embodied practices.

Artistic Practice

Working across abstract painting, works on paper, and photography, my practice explores the meeting point between mind, body, and spirit.

Each work emerges through intuition, gesture, and layered materials. Through colour, texture, and movement, I create layered visual spaces that hold what language cannot fully express.

Alongside visual art, my practice also extends into writing and interdisciplinary exploration, allowing different mediums to reveal different dimensions of memory, longing, and connection.

Background

My artistic perspective is shaped by my background in psychology, psychotherapy, and expressive arts.

Drawing from expressive arts therapy, theatre, and somatic practices, my work reflects the relationship between creativity, inner transformation, and human experience.

Nature, spirituality, and contemplative traditions quietly inform my process, allowing art to become both inquiry and devotion.

My work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections.

Philosophy

For me, art is not simply an object — it is an experience.

Each piece invites the viewer into a moment of presence and reflection. Rather than offering answers, my work opens space for curiosity and emotional resonance.

To live with a work of art is to enter an evolving relationship with it — one that continues to reveal new meanings over time.

For those who feel a connection, each piece becomes part of an ongoing relationship between the work and the collector.
