What the Body Remembers
Ink and watercolor on paper · A3, 29.7 × 42 cm · 2026
About the work
This work sits within Eltoukhi’s ongoing interest in embodiment and forms of memory that are not always verbal. Gesture and colour become traces—an open field in which sensation, association and personal memory can meet.
Across Eltoukhi’s practice, the work is not intended to prescribe a single interpretation. It is an invitation to notice what the image awakens, recalls or makes newly visible for you.
