When the Heart Opens

When the Heart Opens

Ink and watercolor on paper · A3, 29.7 × 42 cm · 2026

About the work

This work considers openness as a state rather than a conclusion. Through colour and gesture, it makes room for warmth, vulnerability and connection while leaving the emotional meaning with the viewer.

Across Eltoukhi’s practice, the work is not intended to prescribe a single interpretation. It is an invitation to notice what the image awakens, recalls or makes newly visible for you.
